I'm Bernardo Prates, a Brazilian designer now based in Madrid, Spain. I graduated from Universidade de Brasília - Brazil. In 2017 I moved to Europe in search of new challenges and personal experiences. 

 

Since the beginning of my career, I've had the opportunity to work in several areas of Design, be it graphic or digital.

I have experience working in/with agencies, design studios, marketing departments, startups, and managing my own company as a freelancer.

 

During my +8 years of experience, I've developed projects that involved Graphic Design, UX/UI, Branding, Naming, Illustration, Publications, Social Media Creation, Creative Campaigns, Events, and more.

Apart from being a full-time Designer, I’m also an avid sports enthusiast. Being from Brazil, it was natural to be passionate about Soccer (as you can see from my two latest jobs - Footstock and MyCujoo). 

 

Nowadays a big part of this passion is shared with cycling. What started as a simple commute to the University, soon became an addiction that keeps

growing every year.

I'm always looking for new projects and opportunities to solve them through the design process.
